Frequently asked questions
How does capacity-based pricing work?
Pricing is based on the registered capacity (kW) of each enrolled asset, not on savings or performance outcomes. This keeps costs predictable and directly tied to what you use. You pay only for the assets you enroll and the features you enable on each one.
This structure also makes the record independent: because we charge based on capacity, not the savings we measure, there is zero incentive to overstate or understate performance.
Can I use different features on different assets?
Yes. Each asset can have its own combination of features. One asset might use Aristotle for M&V only, another might use WEATS for certification only, and a third might use both.
Are there minimum commitments?
No. Pay based on the capacity of enrolled assets and the features you enable. Scale up or down as your portfolio changes.
How is kW capacity calculated?
Based on the nameplate or rated capacity of each enrolled asset. Observable capacity, not modeled savings.
What happens when I add more assets?
Your bill scales with enrolled capacity and enabled features. Add assets any time through the platform or API.
Do I need Aristotle before I can use WEATS?
No. Aristotle and WEATS can be used independently or together. Add either one to any asset based on what you need.
